An artifact created by The Sculptor (then known as Hrinori) when she claimed the Ice domain, it helps her to control both water and ice. After she unintentionally weakened herself in ascending Madness, she used the artifact to regain some measure of control over her power. Though it is no longer strictly necessary, the artifact remains implanted within her breast.
